Planning seems like a natural and easy thing to do, but really it is a very complicated cognitive skill. In this video, we talk about how not being able to plan may lead to behaviors that seem like totally other issues! When we can think ahead and make a plan, clear up expectations, or use visuals, we may begin to see a change in challenging behaviors.
