This is Chicago, and 416 happens to be the area code for .... wait for it... Toronto, in Canada!!! LOL This was last summer? So this is 6 months old at least... Why so late? Murals dont usually last that long. By the time anyone goes to check this out in January this mural will be long covered over. Oh I get it - the anti-rain dancing had to be done and edited in. Now That was funny!!!! Great Dancing Kiptoe!!!
