Hey Sweeties, so I finally ventured out to do this painted cookie look, I have been wanting to do it for a while and I'm so pleased with how it turned out. It's definitely different from the usual decorated icing cookies but I personally love the look and I would like to explore more in the future 🥰💞
I used my Pico projector to draw the images and the wording because I'm hopeless at free-hand writing and trust me when I said you don't want to see my messy hand writing lol 😅🙈 I used Rainbow Dust double ended edible pen in black to draw the picture and to write the words.

I mixed ProGel food colours with Rose Spirit to dilute the colours to get the watercolour look on the painted images. I also use Sugarflair dust in chocolate brown colour to dust the edges of the book to give it some depth and gives it a bit of a vintage worn look. I hope seeing the process helps for those of you who have been wanting to try creating these kind of cookie design 😉🙌
