Let’s hear it for customer service! I got a personal phone call from kaitlyn about my recent comment! Part of my complaint was my misunderstanding and she explained completely she also helped with adding to my order and was a delight A to Z. We even bantered about creative ideas. She ROCKS Zeb and Jami you give her a raise… or at least more milk and cookie snacks! Xo!

Even though I’m watching the replay I just love hearing all the stuff about the animals and your kids all the stuff that goes on with the shop and of course the painting part! Makes me feel like part of the family…..

Do you wash your micro fibers or just toss em if you wax, and if you wash them do you use once then wash?

We wash them with oxiclean. Probably not the best thing for my machine. But so far not a problem.

It wasn’t rust. Just paint that in real life didn’t look like rust.

When Is was young I foolishly went down to feed our cow in my thongs(Australian for flip flops) she stood on my foot and refused to get off, I still remember pushing her, crying and Begging her to lift her foot, never went down there without my boots on again, one very sore foot and no sympathy from my mum, I should have known better, though I thing gypsy could have broken my foot but she didn't put her full weight on it. We were good friends 😄

My horse stepped on my foot and would not move. Major bruising on the top of my foot.

So sad I have tried for ten days to order…had trouble with website…sent several notes asking for help and/or a call…no luck …finally got through but one item was already sold out…sooo I ended up with an amount under $50 so I had to pay shipping which amounted to 50 percent of my order cost!! And the transfer I wanted is sold out! If I had gotten the help when I asked for it it would have cost $88 with free shipping. Geesh I love you guys but with no help my product was sold out and paid a huge shipping fee. Makes it hard to order in the future!
