My mom passed when I was 2. I lost my dad last year in July. I thought I'd never be able to climb out of the darkness, I thought I'd forever be trapped in an abyss absent of light. If it wasn't for my wife and son, I wouldn't be here. Coach Pain is the inspiration that keeps the fire burning, my family is the motivation that keeps me going. Whatever challenges you are going through, whatever pain you're feeling, just know that you will get through this. Because you have to. You've got people that look up to you, whether you know it or not. If you don't want to do it for yourself. Do it for all the people that look up to you, and believe in you. Embrace the pain because others wont and will quit

I was always the black sheep and the scapegoat of the family. I get blamed and accused and at times even punished and treated as an outcast for things I didn’t do. But I’ve learned that the best way to get back at people who did you wrong is to become better than they are, and leave them in the dust. That’s why I’ll never stop dreaming. One day they’ll see that their silly assumptions are based on ignorance. I’ll be better than them.

This really helps me I listen to it everyday when I’m doing my work out there are so many people out there that are struggling they need to listen to this thanks a lot

PAIN IS A REWARD

Use pain as fuel to work harder and harder..

When you give thanks to God even through the struggle and thank the little things, God will bless you. Put God first and resist the devil and no matter how hard it is be thankful and just recognize the Little great things you have and You will be blessed.
