    Hi 😊. Thanks for watching this page idiom lesson 😃. I wouldn't say that Station Eleven is a useful book, but it is an enjoyable book to read 📖. I found the story incredibly interesting and I loved how the author played with the timeline in the novel, as well as transitioning from various character's points of view throughout the book📕.

    Hi Jens!😊 there is a sentence that I want you to check whether it's correct or not . The sentence. I think Mr Wilson has taught in this school since 2005 or maybe earlier. Here I have a doubt which verb teach isn't used as a stative verb. Please reply....

  • @JeNsJyugyou

    @JeNsJyugyou

    3 ай бұрын

    Hello 😊. Your sentence is perfect 👍. "I think Mr Wilson has taught at this school since 2005 or maybe earlier"🏫. 'Teach' is not a stative verb, so you could also say, " I think Mr Wilson has been teaching in this school since 2005 or maybe earlier." 👨‍🏫 Stative verbs are also known as 'non-action verbs' since they express situations, facts and states, rather than an action we can actually see. I recommend watching the lesson I've made about stative verbs: kzread.info/dash/bejne/q456ya2gYqesqbQ.html 😃 . I hope that helps 😀.

    @@JeNsJyugyou thanks Jen for your kind response. Actually I was wondering whether it was correct or not . As we know that the teach verb isn't used as a stative verb that's why I asked you to check rather it is used as a dynamic verb.
