It's particularly dificult with the trombone - the valved instruments give you a bit of articulation for free, the trombone gives you nothing.

@@Erin-ks4jp trombone is very easy for articulation other than slurs because those are almost impossible in most cases. Trumpet is easy for accents and slurs but terrible for gliss. And multiple tonguing is much easier on trombone than trumpet because bigger mouthpiece. I play both.

You just left everyone clueless with this comment. I was gonna try and be devils advocate and try to get your point across, but I'm just as clueless. What does cohesive context mean? Is it just based on opinion? And there's not a lot of orchestration going on in this clip, every instrument played solo.

That’s literally so crazily insane!!! I love this man, I play trombone as well and you have to be the best trombonist.

@@bait5257 It's actually correct now!! It's been used incorrectly so often that it's been added as a new definition in Google and some dictionaries. So literally is a word that literally has a definition meaning the opposite of the original 😭🤦‍♂️

Its interesting i remember one day in science class as a young boy, my teacher had just finished up the lesson on evolution and where we came from and I stayed back because I was in awe and wondered how we had learnt such things. My teacher came up to me and told me quietly after looking around to make sure no one, "you see as a teacher at this school they force me to teach you that we evolved from fish but its actually wrong. We evolved from the trombone. They don't want you to know this"
