Prefer the sub, only because I am not a fan of the handset on the Tudor, I do find the hour hand to be quite ugly but that’s just me. Great video Wes and look for a shout out from my channel today to you as well my friend

For me I think the BB takes the win mainly because its not just a 1:1 copy of the BB this is what you would get if a Pelagos & a BB had a lovechild 😅 some clever marketing by Pagani too & others that do a BB homage given the popularity of the BB58, calling them a homage to the 58 as they're too big for that they're actually the same size as the heritage the 58 is only a 39mm case size Good fun comparison vid.

I would give the BlackLagos the edge should it be a couple of mms smaller, and idk, i feel more depth on the sub homage, i like it better

Agreed, did need to be a bit smaller.

If I was going to get one, it'd be the Sub homage for sure. My BB Homage model was a disaster! Looks like yours is in far better shape than mine was!

Hi Wes I own the PD1671 and I know it gets some bad press on KZread but I do think it’s a nice watch which is fairly unique as it’s not a 1:1 copy of a Tudor Black Bay. My only issue with mine was it came with a Miyota movement instead of an NH35 as advertised. It’s still a reliable movement even though it doesn’t hack.

The miyota is still a solid movement and they are known to be quite reliable. They just just have the same feature set as the Seiko. Thanks

Pagani do some really nice looking Homages I have to say I personally think the Black Bay Homage look much better with that "waffle dial", and for price against the original well what can I say great value both.

I'm still torn! The 1671 is cheaper on Amazon right now and seems more of a quality watch and more unique look. Great comparison!

Just checked and I think the bezel insert is about 1mm bigger on the Tudor homage

Todur looks good but too thick 14.5mm on the other hand pd1661 12mm thick I wish Pagani make it in 12.5mm or 13mm thick then I will good I have pd1661 it is also very beautifu watch every thing is good bracelet, bezel sapphire crystal nh35 movement lumme is average but for price point lumme is acceptable its value for money

I just bought both of these to scratch my Tudor/Rolex itch. I will 100% buy a Tudor Black Bay in a few years. I won’t ever buy a Rolex tho.

@@WesWatchRoom i got the black bezel on both. I’m boring I know, but wanted these to start and I’ll get more of a wide array of colors once I get a feel for how I like these two. I have about 7 more Pagani’s in my cart 😂
