PADI RDP Quiz Contest. (Win FREE Everything Scuba Merch!) Our two instructors, Lyell & Josh, are passionate about scuba diving, and passionate about creating great divers out of their students. This episode brings about a chance for our awesome subscribes to show off their knowledge of the PADI RDP (Recreational Dive Planner )Tables. Lyell poses several quiz questions to our viewers and asks you to take part in a contest to win FREE Everything Scuba Merch (Apparel and other cool stuff), exclusively designed by our friends at Triton's Realm. Six (6) subscribers of Everything Scuba KZread Channel will be selected to pick one item of merchandise, (apparel or other goods), if they answer all questions correctly, fulfill the requirements below and are chosen in a random drawing by our co-hosts Lyell & Josh.

#1. 30 min. #2. PG P. #3. PG E. #4. PG M. #5. Was the hardest I think. Your second dive would blow your NDL limit, so you could either take a 2:28 SI and get a max of 21 minutes on the second dive, or 0:04 SI and a 2 minute bounce dive if my math is right. I’d love some feedback on this one. #6. PH S/L/X You’ll need an 8min deco at 15 feet and not dive again for 6 hours min. #7. PG P/C/W. ANDL 41 min. Wait 18 he to fly.

Did any of you ever get your merch? I’ve also noticed there have been no new videos for months. Is everything scuba dead? I hope not, I enjoyed the content…

Travis, have no fear we are not “dead”…….just had some very difficult personal issues over the last few months. I finally have your merch in hand and it will be mailed to you in near future. We plan to restart video production in the next few weeks. :)
1) round to 25meter so NDL 29mins 2) pressure group "P" 3) pressure group "E" 4) pressure group "L" 5) Min surface interval of 1 hour, but a dive at 25m for 32 mins will put the diver beyond there NDL of 29mins regardless of surface interval 6) "S" "L" "X" Part 2, 8min deco spot @5m and remain out of water minimal 6 hours 7)"N" "B" "W" Part 2, adjusted NDL 45min Part 3 Minimal no fly time 18hours, 24hours recommend 8) 33m-16m-12m Total Time 4 hours 36mins Final pressure group "Y"

Question #6A: Pressure Group after 1st Dive is S Pressure Group after Surface Interval is L Pressure Group after 2nd Dive is X Question 6B: What should you do as the diver? Follow Emergency Deco Protocol: 8 min Deco stop at 15 feet, remain out of the water for at least 6 hours Question 7A: Pressure Group after 1st Dive is P Pressure Group after Surface Interval is C Pressure Group after 2nd Dive is Q (after ANDL) Question 7B: ANDL is 41 min Question 7C: How long to fly? 18 hours This was a great mental exercise. I haven't had to do these in a while. Hopefully you let us know where we went wrong. All the best guys!
