I respect you Paddy. Not only as a fighter, but as a man in general. You’re giving back to your community and doing big things for men’s mental health. Which is huge. I went through a 10 year period where I was hooked on drugs and alcohol, and didn’t want to be here anymore. So to see you contributing to something like this that gets overlooked a lot of times, is nothing but respect. Congrats to you and the mrs. as well.

You the man Paddy, I have suffered mental health nearly 35 years, Depression and Anxiety and back then no man would be speaking about it to anyone else, until U and ppl like Tyson Fury who lives 5mins away from me in Morecambe, the only thing is you should support a decent team like Everton.
