A professional fighter is never off it. Never out of the gym. Always ready. He hasn't fought any real Spartans yet and they are out there, training, hands down chin up is this lads philosophy

It’s refreshing to see an athlete who is casual and real. He enjoys life and continues to excel at his craft. Much respect.

@@Brawling_Style sure, for most people this works. But you don’t know my story or what happened for me to lose motivation so maybe learn that before assuming anything. I don’t NEED anyone to motivate me to do anything, I simply stated paddy got me back into the gym. I was in a month long medical coma that took all my abilities away. I couldn’t walk, talk or wipe my own ass. So if you think this is a motivation thing it isn’t. But I do agree, lots of people need to self motivate more.

He got gifted a decision in his last fight against someone that isn't even ranked, the second he fights with someone in the top 15 he'll get sparked, there's nothing there that makes me think he has the attitude or ability to beat anyone in the top 15

The weight cut is done properly and with reabsorption done at the right pace. He's young, he's fit and he has macros on point. It's really amazing to see.
