THE TRAP'S UNBEATEN FULL WELSH BREAKFAST | BeardMeatsFood

Sure I've done plenty of full English breakfast challenges over the years, but have you ever seen a full Welsh breakfast? No? Well, they're pretty much the same thing, but it puts an interesting slant on the title of this episode...
£20 to order, but if you can sink ten sausages, ten rashers of bacon, six slices of toast, four slices of fried bread, eight eggs, eight hash browns, eight slices of black pudding, four slices of white pudding, tomatoes and a bowl of baked beans, the whole thing is your's FREE OF CHARGE...not to mention the spot on the so far unoccupied wall of fame. Time to go to work!

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO:
Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Ahhh, the eternally ubiquitous breakfast challenge! At least this one has a bit of a twist; being in Wales rather than England… I hope you enjoy it, thanks for all the amazing comments regarding the Texas series, and I promise it won’t be long until the next one…in fact I’m filming it right now… I’d be over the moon to see you again on Thursday for what is easily the toughest challenge I’ve done all year (seriously it’s huge)… If I’m a little bit slack getting back in the comments, I apologise, I’ve got to try and eat a daft amount of hot dogs tomorrow 🌭

The closest thing to black pudding I've eaten is our german blood sausage, it's basically black pudding without the grain. It's not that good for frying because it lacks structure, but cooked with mash, sauerkraut (yes, it's really good in some stuff) and a rustic liversausage it's really a great meal^^

It shows we all have very diverse physiology ! You can gulp a single week worth of nutritious intake and your body then regulates itself to deliver the required energy for your well being. I am the total opposite, needing small amounts of food for each serving (usually 5) due to a surgical procedure, lest I start losing weight dramatically - The total opposite of you I'd say ! I still enjoy watching your videos - not only for the eating prowess but the wit and charm of your comedic and your impeccable repartee. I cannot understand why I enjoy seeing you stuffing your mouth with such gargantuan amounts of food - but.. I find it amazing, amusing and entertaining ! John, black pudding is a fat jumbo sausage. It is made from pigs blood, cereal and fat plus seasonings encased in the pigs intestine and boiled until set. It is then cooled and you can eat it as a whole fried or sliced into rounds and fried. Also good cold too. Hope that helps it is an acquired taste tho.👍🌞
