White pudding in Cornwall is called Hogs pudding and it's pork, rusk and seasoning boiled in beef intestines. I use to make it when I was a butcher. Lovely stuff!!!

Gosh makes me wanna travel to the UK again. Absolutely loved the homecooked full english's i got in Scotland at the private little B&B's. Lots of Love from Germany Mr. and Mrs. Beard Lovin ur Videos @BeardMeatsFood

I have eaten regular breakfast portions more expensive, and this looks at least as good as what I have gotten. Definitely a really good food place.

It looked really nicely cooked and nice to see fresh tomatoes not horrible tinned tomatoes. Also nice to see bacon that hasn’t been turned into peanut brittle texture wise. And as has been said it’s a bargain at £20.

Traveling the world, eating good food, and making videos of it; living the dream! Great challenge and always great to see Mrs. Beard!

Welsh breakfast tradition is thick bacon , cockles and lavabread with eggs :)

Black Pudding is predominantly oats & suet with some spices and some blood. White Pudding is just without the blood. I personally prefer black pudding. Thats a hell of a deal for £20 that platter though! Bit of butter on the toast, and id be happy to share that on a Sunday breakfast 😅

@CStew-bt6ci Potatoe cakes used to be a common option in an English breakfast but we are going back 40/50 years, so you may not be old enough to remember. BTW: They are an Irish thing not Scottish. Loads of cultural 'stuff' that people think is 'Scottish' is actually Irish.

All the breakfast challenges I've watched and I never noticed there was no white pudding. Maybe it is an Irish thing. White pudding is one of the nicest things in the world, tastes incredible. I used to hang around with travellers in my younger days and they loved it so much, they used to eat it straight from the shelf without cooking.

*Great job once again! Smashing records and chatting while having fun. I noticed that you tackle the bread straight on without using any water to make it softer as you eat it. Have you considered dunking or soaking it when consuming it en masse? Thanks for another quality video.

The closest thing to black pudding I've eaten is our german blood sausage, it's basically black pudding without the grain. It's not that good for frying because it lacks structure, but cooked with mash, sauerkraut (yes, it's really good in some stuff) and a rustic liversausage it's really a great meal^^

White pudding is basically black pudding without the blood … it’s is oatmeal or barley , suet or animal fat, breadcrumbs, spices and sometimes pork or beef too. The ingredients vary in different regions . It is very common here in Ireland 🇮🇪 love the videos man. Have been watching for years ❤️

My aunty and uncle ran this pub in the early 60's , it's always been known locally as The Trap famous for the massive deep fishing lake / pond at the front . When I saw the title I was hoping that you would be faced with a breakfast including lavabread (cooked seaweed) and cockles - oh well! Enjoyed the video 👍

A British friend of mine referred to this as a " Gert lush fry up !" I need to get some photos of one of my Deer Camp breakfast, Upper Michigan style. awesome vid.

It shows we all have very diverse physiology ! You can gulp a single week worth of nutritious intake and your body then regulates itself to deliver the required energy for your well being. I am the total opposite, needing small amounts of food for each serving (usually 5) due to a surgical procedure, lest I start losing weight dramatically - The total opposite of you I'd say ! I still enjoy watching your videos - not only for the eating prowess but the wit and charm of your comedic and your impeccable repartee. I cannot understand why I enjoy seeing you stuffing your mouth with such gargantuan amounts of food - but.. I find it amazing, amusing and entertaining ! You found your way with this capacity you have of performing those feats of eating prowess ! Stay with us while we give you the desert menu !

John, black pudding is a fat jumbo sausage. It is made from pigs blood, cereal and fat plus seasonings encased in the pigs intestine and boiled until set. It is then cooled and you can eat it as a whole fried or sliced into rounds and fried. Also good cold too. Hope that helps it is an acquired taste tho.👍🌞
