You might want to move the water dish to the other side. The heat pad might make the water warm, and it could evaporate faster. Idk if that's true I've just seen other pet youtubers do that

I keep my snake’s water on the warm side because I was told it would keep the humidity levels up

I find so much enjoyment out of feeding Orzo my snek and my best friend. I burst out laughing every time he eats his pinkie because he looks like a frog. Suck it down, orzo suck it down 😍💓💜

wow her new enclosure is huge. I love the background that looks like stone. lemon looks even bigger than last time u showed her. I want to hold her so bad, but I know that's not good for them. lemon is so gorgeous.

Hi! Love the video! If you want more damp dirt I suggest buying the ecoearth in the blocks because it keeps humidity in really well and you can make it moist-dry. I 100% recommend it for Lemon and your other humid dwelling pets!

I miss my pacman frogs. I got a old video of my tank setup on my channel. Had dual "water falls" with a fish tank filter that ran into bath with marbles that eventually got lit up from the bottom. I spent a lot of time on it and upgraded things after the vid. As soon as I quit my traveling job I'm going to get a couple more. Maybe a Pac and a pixie.

Seeing how simple your tank is makes me feel like I spoil mine to much. She’s in a 20 gallon I just got her at an expo and I set up her tank with a bunch of foliage but still open in the front lol. She’s so little and she’s just about a dollar coin size.

This setup is way too simplistic and definitely boring so you're good lol. I use wood and live plants. I also have a bioactive mix of soil in there so it could be waaay fancier.

I have a question the man at the reptile store told me to set my thermostat at 85 is that good ??? Also is there a good humidity to keep it at ? I have a fogger and a mister . I just got a baby just like lemon I’m also going to name mine lemon lol supper cute ! I also have the same set up lol but I like the new zoo med digital thermostat it keeps the heat pads at a good temp .

Yess I've been waiting for this video!!! Also my rescued crested gecko is doing pretty good but when i was petting him when he was in his enclosure of course when he was calm he started making a noise like a squeeking noise not like a tweet mating noise but I watched some vids and 1 said it could be cuz he's curious and the other said he is telling you he doesn't want to be touched do you have an answer for why he is making this noise it doesn't sound like he is in any pain and when I watched the 2 videos the crested geckos were making the same noise as mine

Does anyone have a link to the ink bird temperature controller? There are so many online and I have no idea which one is the right one that you can actually control and adjust the temperature from versus just looking at what it is.

So I would like to get a pacman frog soon... Do pacman frogs require a heat pad?

How do you measure the humidity? What should the humidity be?

I would think about using bioactive soil. Eco Earth becomes dry and acidic after 3-4 weeks.

How do I replace my PacMan frogs soil when I have a bunch of isopods and springtails in the soil? It’s too much trying to pick every bug out and transfer them into the new soil!

Hey lori. I just wrote on one of your videos not too long ago about my new pacman frog unfortunately she has died Monday and I'm a little sad and disappointed. I tried to do everything correctly I don't know what I did wrong she just never ate.I was so excited to watch her grow. hopefully when I get a new one this doesn't happen again.

Hello Lori, my Pac-Man frog Walter uses a heat pad. I just saw your inkbird probe. When you put the pride into the enclosure do I need to bury it? I’m a beginner but would like to know for later.

So would you say it's more effective putting the heat pad on the side opposed to underneath?

You shouldn't put heat pads on the bottom because these frogs burrow and it could hurt them

@@titsonaboar5654 I honestly don't know (I just started doing research on these because I'm thinking about getting one) But I've never seen anyone use anything other than a pad I just looked it up and it said some people use those for day/night cycles so I can't imagine it would hurt anything to try it

Hamsters are nocturnal, so it's unlikely she'll come out in the day, but if you handle her a little bit more she may become more acclimated to being out.

You could make it bioactive

Tortoises are pretty hard to keep! I've been keeping an indian star tortoise for 26 yrs alr tho! Well at least my family does.......i'm only 12 so....i wouldnt say i have been keeping a tortoise for 26 yrs
