I did Paris for 3 weeks with a backpack, slightly bigger than yours. The laundry was a pain (the frequency), but it was warm so it dried fast. :)

Sort of unrelated, but I recently flew with me and my two kids. We each were allotted a personal item and I was able to fit all of our stuff into a university sized backpack. The gate attendant said it was too big and made me pay the $100 fee. I was so livid because my single backpack definitely took up less room than if I packed us all an individual personal sized item. 😅

yes! I totally relate to that! I once also was told to pay 80€ because my bag was to big by 2cm :D luckily I was able to just put on 2 more jumpers and that everything fit! But I was in so much stress I was on the verge of tears ;(

I learned my lesson when my hubby, myself, and son all packed in a suitcase thinking we were being smart, but it ended up too heavy, had to pay. So now everyone packs a backpack for themselves..end of story! Lol!

Simplifying -- fewer products etc!!! So smart!! Big Saline solution passed German "TSA" ??

yes, it was under 100ml so it passes TSA :)
