Watched the long version of this video. Couldn't believe that people couldn't see the obvious and get out of the rescuers way. Come on people. Sirens blaring, officers motioning for people to move, and they are totally oblivious!

Unfortunately inner tubes don't come with motors. What might seem like no response you could be the tubers frantically paddling with their itty bitty hands.

I just went tubing here 2 weeks ago and have went a few times now, it's not easy moving out of the way quickly on those tubes. I've seen the patrol boats coming down too, you do what you can

Immature people that don’t know how to act around water teenagers drinking and partying I’ve been in that river many times but I’m in adult I know how to act around water how to stay safe how to take precautions never had a problem..

its easy to put brakes on a water vessel. its not exactly rocket science ... if a fan pushes it forward then that same fan could be used to push it the opposite direction by just allowing the blade to tilt slightly trhough a external mechanism...
