Packages Fall Out Of Train, Union Pacific Train With DPU & Train Station Update! Hamilton Trains!

3 Long CSX & Norfolk Southern Trains In Hamilton, Ohio. Open Container On Train Has Boxes Fall Out, Union Pacific Locomotives Are On NS Trains With DPU Mid Train! Update on train station that is being moved to new location. Amtrak may stop there someday. 1st train ( HORN SALUTE ) is a CSX loaded auto racks going south on track that normally has northbound directional running. That was a good catch because I was hoping to see a train go next to the station so I could have the station in the scene.
2nd train was a Norfolk Southern mixed freight with a DPU. The locomotives were Union Pacific and the train came off the Newcastle Sub in Indiana on its way to Get street Yard in Cincinnati. It was cutting across the CSX mainline and crossing back over onto the NS line that is southbound directional running.
The third train is another train with foreign power. It has more UP power and a CSX locomotive going south and crossing over to the Norfolk Southern mainline. This train is a monster! Notice the open container with boxes that have been falling out. Look close at the video and you can see the container door open and my pictures show the boxes at the bottom of the doors. I actually didn't notice that when I was filming it. A friend of mine name Dave was there and pointed it out to me. When I got home I took a closer look and made a couple of pictures out of the video.
We also have Chessie and Norfie in the video. I included some scenes from the Mount Orab Christmas Parade also that I filmed on this same day. The paraded stared at 6pm and I got to Mount Orab just before it started. Mrs Tooth was lineside with the kids waiting for the parade and I walked up to them just minutes before the first part of the parade passed them. I had to park close to a mile away next to the railroad tracks and walk to them since the roads were closed. Talk about perfect timing !
Filmed in 1080p with 60fps on Saturday, November 26, 2022AD
Thanks for watching! If you have time, please watch another video of mine to help keep my channel going. Every view helps support my channel. Viewing time helps pay for gas, motels, rental cars etc. I have a list of places that I plan on filming so watch another video of mine if you have the time.

Actually they do. I saw on a annual report one year, a small notation of the savings “tagging” offers for maintenance and longevity of cars. Since most spray/corrosion is on the lower 1/3, the additional paint offers “protection” for free, extending car life. The railroads also used to spend $$$$ protecting (security) the rolling stock that they don’t any longer - it has now become a win-win.

Back when the first Gulf War was going on. The Southern Pacific Railroad had some of their frieght were U.S. Military equipment. Troop trucks, Generators, Jeeps, that I could see. Some items were covered up with tarps. They were on their way North to be sent over seas for the war effort.🇺🇸 The one L o n g train you were talking about. I counted 194 cars without the engines.😮‍💨

I like the fact that they are moving the station and conserving it. But, Señor Jaws? You seem to have some say in R/R things in that part of the world. How 'bout speaking to 'Them' regarding the windows? As I understand the concept of 'windows', they should let light in, keep bad guys and bugs out and let people inside... well, you know... see out. As is, the cost to the City like this will be unusually high. The New Window Cleaner will be spending a lot of time at the hospital getting slivers removed. The City Planners may not have considered this. Best to you and gracias por tu video. RT sends, Puebla, México...

At 28:17 the door on the upper container was ajar, but I didn't see any of the boxes falling out. Capital sense of humor about the balloon.

Toot toot, horn salute! I noticed how different the Union Pacific horn sounded, too. It looked like Norfie almost caught both ends of that toy, and was about to make off with it... LOL. 😄😁 Good to be seeing your videos again.

Good to see that old depot being saved. McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park in Scottsdale, AZ uses an old depot for its entry way into the park. They sell tickets for rides in it, and there is a gift shop. It had been used in Peoria, AZ by the Santa Fe Railroad from 1894 to 1972.
