Don’t forget to take snacks! We had a whole snack bag to take for when I went in labour and forgot it and could have really done with it we was in hospital for nearly 24hours! Xx

I felt exactly the same with breast feeding. Did it for around 6 weeks with my first and just wasn’t producing enough. Tried again this time around and really tried but same thing again, it disheartened me so much as it’s something I always thought I’d do!! It’s really not as easy as it seems. All that matters is that baby is fed and healthy, no matter how they’re fed 😊 and your health and well-being also as it affected me so much mentally!! Good luck for the birth, you’ll smash it ❤ xxx

Don't stress too much about breastfeeding or not, do what's best for you and bub. But any advice I can give as a breastfeeding mum is (if you really want to stick to it) is not to give up, don't doubt yourself. Baby's cluster feed, it doesn't mean your not producing. It can sometimes hurt if the latch isn't right and if baby cries alot at the boob, this could be due to lip or tongue ties or fast letdown. you can push for a check up if you feel in pain when feeding or if you feel baby isnt latching. It will feel like baby is feeding constantly - totally normal You may get engorged as baby's don't drink as much as a newborn, it's totally normal. Breast pads are your best friend. A boppy pillow can help. Lots of water, positivity. Feed on both boobs, or one at a time, but careful of engorgement but it will most likely happen. Nipple cream, lots of skin to skin. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Its so common that breastfeeding midwifes aren't available or sometimes opinions are given to either bottle feed or force breastfeeding. Try to only listen to yourself and your baby. No pressure for mamas, we already go through so much. Fed is best xxx

Love your videos ❤ I had a growth scan at 36+5 and baby girl was under 3rd percentile so had to repack everything with tiny sizes so likewise brought 3 sizes of everything 😅 baby now 7 months old and up to 10th percentile 🎉 xx

I recommend 2 bibs and nappy cream just in case and it is so handy to have it for baby
