i dunno i don't see it that way.. *especially* when you are 15-17!!? i had no idea who or what i wanted at that age.. maybe some little crushes sure, but i certainly did not fall in love with anyone. i reckon all that time they were subconsciously coming towards each other, finding their ability to truly see the other, respect, admiration, some building attraction and spark, genuine care & concern. those things are all the foundation of a good relationship and love. i only dream i could have spent time building that with a guy in high school, unbeknownst to me 😆🤩

There are many many TV couples and then there is Joey and Pacey. I have watched TV for a long long time -some 50 years and I can say these two are insanely good together and EVERY scene they were in heated up the screen and not just the romance but the banter and way they interacted . The season 3 slow burn was so satisfying and even though the writers tried to kill their connection with crap storylines in just one episode the Kmart one - it was all there once again. Plus they grew to be so good looking together and natural , likeable and epic! Great video by the way and in 2022 it is amazing to have this many views for a show 25 years old!

Great edit. Pacey & Joey, we're the ultimate couple. I also loved Pacey and Andy connection during their relationship. I found their relationship had an innocence and genuine love there.

I thought the same. They took her out because they thought her storyline ended. But she had so much more to offer. She was the only one that was upbeat. They should of kept her!

Pacey grew up A LOT when he was with Andy. In fact in a weird way he also grew up a lot when he was having the affair with Tamara. Both relationships taught him something. He always had this amazing/caring/mature guy inside of him,and the women he had relationships with only brought these parts to life because he really allowed himself to fell in love with them in the deepest way. In my opinion,Tamara was responsible not only for introducing him to sex but also for making him mature about it and about women in general,the relationship with an older woman(as wrong as it was) gave him a little more confidence,as a man, when it came to that topic. And with Andy he learned about sensibility,loyalty and all the beautiful feelings we have when we are in love,but also the bad things,pain,suffering...it was a real relationship that taught him patience,strenght,and it was from where he got his romantic and sweet ways towards women. That's why when we hit third season,especially in the episodes where he starts to fall for Joey we also start to fall in love with him(if we hadn't already) cause we sudenly see this man who is mature,sweet,strong...he just grew on us without we even notice. And when he gets to Joey(lucky Joey) he is ready for the most special and important relationship of his life and it was because of where he have been,especially because of Tamara and Andy. Tamara taught him sexual maturity and a little more confidence,Andy taught him sensibility and kindness. But Joey taught him things about himself,things he took to his adult life,like,self-respect,acceptance of his flaws and issues and perseverence to follow his passions. She changed him completely...just like he did with her...The relationship of your life changes you forever and not only the way you see things but the way you see yourself. You're not the same anymore...that's Pacey and Joey's love.

I liked them together from the start, but I love a good love-hate banter relationship. They both grew up so much throughout this series. As individuals and together. Amazing video ❤️

another great edit! this makes me wanna watch season 6 again. Usually season 3 is my go-to rewatch, I would rewatch season 4 over and over but promicide always kills the entire season for me. Thanks for these!

6 season has some highlights but it's also has it's own promicide and ridiculous Eddie thing 🤣 so season 3 is the safest choice 🤪

Wow! When all the noise is cut out (the other storylines) their chemistry is undeniable. I wish there would’ve been a montage like this in season 6. I love the scene when they read to one another on the boat. I love this edit.

Really beautiful. Love the way it went in chronological order Hs to college years. You really get a sense of all the secret smiles they shared while Dawson was waffling & thinking Joey was his girl. My fave parts were how u matched cannonball @ 1:39 w/ an unorthodox scene (In ur shoes, I would have said, he's not jumping into a pool I can't use it & given up on the video), @1:45 to @1:49, 2:09 to 2:20 to for how well it matches the lyrics. Also, great song choice & I appreciated how u spread out the voiceovers

He was her rock. When she needed space, he gave that to her. When she needed to grow, he let her. That's where he truly beat Dawson in their battle for Joey's affection. Dawson couldn't let her go. He couldn't accept that she was changing and growing. Joey needed to grow beyond him to become the best version of herself. When Dawson looked at Joey, he saw the girl who he grew up with. The one that loved him so much she didn't have anything else. That was Dawson's ideal Joey. But Pacey saw what Joey could grow into and helped Joey be that person, regardless of her presence in his life. That alone shows how much he truly loved her. Pacey knew her better than Dawson ever could simply because he recognized that Joey couldn't be happy unless she was true to herself. "Dawson knows my past. My future lies with you." Dawson is the person who knew the girl that Joey used to be while Pacey is the teammate that helped Joey become who she is.

this is beautiful. a beautiful edit, a beautifull story. i love them so much, and it´s amazing how taylor´s song fits with their story. My heart will always belong to Pacey Witter. I have always been in love with the way he talks about Joey, even when they weren´t together. And then, when he says "When I was afraid of everything I was never afraid to love you" it´s just perfect in his own un-perfect way. Love to see how their characters as well as their relationship grew up and developed over the years.

Amazing edit! I love when their edits ends with their last scene cause it just makes me happy to remember that after all the bad things and moments they found each other again. It doesn't feel right to me when they end differently,it seems like there's something missing.
