This is INCREDIBLE. I love the editing and I love this song. I can't believe they ended up together on the sheer power of fan engagement and the actors being so invested.. it's a beautiful thing!

Well,the creator said he changed his mind,he realized they a were better choice. Idk how much the fans were a part of it cause i didn't watch when it aired but he says that exact same words in the DVD. The way you said it looks like they ended up together for generic reasons not real reasons in the show and it was not like that. They were good written and in general were a much better love story than any other one in the show...in the end that's why they got together in my opinion,not because of the fans or the actors but because it was suposed to be that way...the creator just hadn't realized that before the ending of the show.

More proof that Pacey and Joey is one of the best love stories on TV. They couldve ended the show with them sailing off in the True Love

They weren't suposed to end up together. She was gonna pick Dawson but then...the creator of the show realized how much they were a better match and he knew it was Pacey. I think that's something beautiful about that...he was a writer leaning with his characters and changing his mind because of his own creation.

god i just finished a rewatch and so i had to come and also rewatch my favorite pacey/joey vids and goddamn this truly is just so good and i love love love the character study of pacey you do in it and just. literally fantastic.
