Pancit Habhab or Pancit Lucban is a pancit version that originated from the Quezon province. This noodle dish might look like the traditional Pancit Canton, but there are some notable differences. Pancit Habhab uses dried flour noodles which are known as miki Lucban.
INGREDIENTS
500g pancit habhab noodles
300g boiled or pre cooked pork
4 tbsp oyster sauce
Chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Carrots
Sayote
Pechay
TOPPINGS
Quail eggs
Onion rings
SUKA

Dpo cya maalat..dark soy sauce po kc ang ginamit ko kya ganyan po ang kulay dark 😊 thank you for watching 😊 adjust k nlng po sa salt incase naalatan ka po😊
Masabi lang na iba lutong pansit pero same procedure as miki at bihon, not interested
