Ingredients:
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 large carrot, cut into strips
1 large sayote (chayote), cut into strips
1 large onion, sliced
6 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 lb pork belly, sliced
200 grams pork liver, sliced
2 pieces Knorr pork cubes
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp ground pepper
6 cups of water or (unsalted) pork broth
500 grams Pancit Habhab
1 bunch bok choy (pechay)
vinegar or calamansi for garnishing
salt as needed
