Thank you for taking the time to watch 😊
It seems like Rutgers really does find all the gems and takes chances on people that constantly pays off for both parties… it’s very refreshing to hear/see an institution like that is out there for people and actually wants to help you succeed and be apart of their growing family, love that!

Their program is so amazing… I’m trying as hard as I can to sit down with one of their faculty for an interview if they will allow me to

Yes, Rutgers really do take their time to look at applicants as a whole instead of just numbers and is an incredible program. Thank you for taking the time to watch 😄

You’re very welcome!
This is a very inspiring story, although I still feel out of reach from attending a physician assistant program. As of now, my gpa is not too bad, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to work along side a PA or APP in order to receive a LOR. I am currently a licensed practical nurse, but I do not work in a close proximity of a PA, although I work under a MD at my current job at a long term facility. Would I be able to ask the MD at my current job for a LOR, or should I shadow a PA, in which I could possibly receive a LOR from.

Why not both? You need 3 LORs and you can have up to 5
Did she take the GRE as well ?

Yes! I took it 4x total. Rutgers did not require the GRE though.
