Sleep is vital to your well-being, as important as the air you breathe, the water you drink and the food you eat. It can even help you to eat better and manage the stress of being a teen.
Biological sleep patterns shift toward later times for both sleeping and waking during adolescence -- meaning it is natural to not be able to fall asleep before 11:00 pm.
Teens need about 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night to function best. Most teens do not get enough sleep - one study found that only 15% reported sleeping 8 1/2 hours on school nights.
Teens tend to have irregular sleep patterns across the week - they typically stay up late and sleep in late on the weekends, which can affect their biological clocks and hurt the quality of their sleep.
Many teens suffer from treatable sleep disorders, such as narcolepsy, insomnia, restless legs syndrome or sleep apnea.

Apne dekha hoga की कोई man agr puree din me 8 ghante sota h to useee fir agle din भी 8 ghnte hi chahiye Hoge agr usneee 6 hour की nind li to useee wo do hour भी soneee Hoge. So that is why we are debtor of our sleepiness. 🙂

Very nice sir 👍 mera experience hai ki neend complete rahane se ham apna kam pure man ,dil,dimag se kar pate hai.ak bar class me test tha usme maths ke bhi questions the .us rat mai complete neend nahi le payi thi, subha test me maths ke aise questions the jinhe mai bina practice ke solve kr skti thi lekin neend complete na hone ki wajah se koi v questions solve nahi kr saki . Next test me Maine complete neend liya aur bina practice ke maine questions solve liye.

*सर ऐसा बात नहीं ये ज़रूरी नहीं है कि 7-8 घटा सोना जरूरी है जरूरी तो ये नीद किस प्रकार से लेते हैं गहरी नीद या झपी वाले नीद* *कभी कभी आप देखते होगे 3-4 घटा भी सोने से सुबह ताज फिल होती हैं और कभी कभी आप देखते होगे की 8-10 घटा सोते है तब भी सुबह ताज फिल नहीं होती हैं* *इसलिए नीद गहरी होनी चाहिए* *गहरी नीद ना आने कि वजह ओ जो सोने के समय दिमाग में sound and images चलती है उसी को शात करने पर गहरी नीद मिल सकती हैं*
