P2111....Throttle Actuator Control Stuck Open.
In my case replacing the TAC, (Throttle Actuator Control) aka throttle body, resolved the issue.

After changing the part, the PCM should be reset by disconnecting the negative battery cable, then jumping the negative CABLE to the positive terminal for 5 to 10 minutes. This helps the vehicle learn the new part and incidentally helped my transmission shift smoother.
