Some brain stimulating devices like CUE1, vibrating gloves are in clinical trials and expected to be available in 3-5 years, They are completely non-invasive and safe and offers much better symptomatic relief including the gait freezing. Why noone talking about them ? DBS is risky, invasive thing, doesn't help on gait freezing and costs ₹ 20-22 lacs so not affordable even to high middle class or well-to-do class. What about Ayurvedic treatment options ? Why the 5-Star, corporate hospitals in India focus only on allopathy and don't do any research, validation of Ayurvedic therapies for such diseases ?

Medicine should be started as soon as diagnosis of parkinson is made. Neurologist or movement disorder expert will prescribe right combination of parkinson Medicine with appropriate dose as per severity and symptoms of parkinson disease in particular individual.
