Really, when anybody is trying to make point out of their side of the story towards against the other person, there's is alwayas the possible chance that they could easily show some hallucination. Like the fact for example that in pinkie pie's and applejack's versions had rarity wearing different outfits, basically trying to add up to the attitude they thought they were seeing her in.

Sparkle fangs 2018./Dawn and Applejack's story makes the most sense.

So many people doing Detective Criticism when it comes to this episode. It's fascinating to behold. This sequence of events certainly makes sense to me.

Very creative! Haven't seen something like this done before, and I agree that the version you presented is probably the closest to what actually happened. It's interesting to note that the ranking you put the most reliable ponies in is the reverse order of who Twilight and Spike talked to. Coincidence?

Bright Idea | 4th wall wise, Rarity is the most truthful. See her ruined dress. Due to the story, she is unable to directly tell the truth, but she can point that Applejack is indeed telling many truths. She wore her ruined dress all the way to Ponyville. She even showed it to Twilight Sparkle during the interviewe.

What I liked about this episode is that they didn't try to go back and belabor what really happened afterwards with Twilight and instead left us to pick up on it.

Applejack's "Honesty" actually is closer to Digimon Adventure's Mimi's "Pure Heart", aka the other girl with the cowboy hat. It doesn't mean that they will never lie, it just tells that they expressed themselves very clear. Rarity's Generousity is closer to Affection or even Eros. Related to Sora's Love. Pinkie Pie's Laughter is closer to Energy or Aspiration. Related to Takeru's Hope. Friendship is Magic. Yamato's is Twilight Sparkle's?

I think Rarity's dress reminds me of Titanic, and when she says that Luxury cruises never sink, I was like "oh Titanic!!"

In AJ's version of the story, just before she boards the ship, Rarity can be seen doing the iconic pose at the ships bow where her arms are streached out.

Rarity stretched the truth the most? I was positively SHOCKED that you blamed her for doing so! Actually, I'm really a lot like her, so I definitely understand why she stretched the truth the most. After all, one simply doesn't get a flair for drama without enhancing certain parts of stories.

I read this in her voice.

4th wall wise, Rarity told with her ruined 'Rose dress' that Applejack is telling the truth. Considering in her official story, she only wears a lifejacket, eventhough at the train station, she was shown wearing the ruined dress, and then even showed to Twilight Sparkle that the incident ruined her dress. It's like saying, 'Yeah, I had gone naked during the incident', AFTER saying 'Look at my ruined dress because of the incident' Note the dress is closer to Applejack's version (aka the 'Titanic's rose') than Pinkie Pie's version (the 'Captain outfit').

I agree, and personally believe it was intentional for the biblical message to be applied in that we never find out what actually happened. Since the point we also saw in Philippians 4 that Paul made was that relationships matter more than whose fault the conflict was. That certainly makes the application of your passage in Ephesians more easily accomplished.

What?No. That was Pinkie's version not Rarity's

4th wall wise, Twilight Sparkle told with her absence of 'that doesn't sound like you at all', that there're 4th wall clues that the girls' official stories are meant to incriminate themselves, with ALL the girls replied by saying 4th wall wise that Applejack did indirectly caused the sinking, and they need Twilight Sparkle to explain it. Rarity in her story is relatively 'naked', with her only wearing a lifejacket. Pinkie Pie in her story is relatively 'calm', with her acting so unlike 'Pinkie Pie-ish'. Applejack in her story is… well, too Applejack-ish. Strange, because the ending explains that she was so eager to please her friends.

I agree that Rarity's comment that luxury cruises NEVER sink was hilarious. lol Titanic!

"Luxury cruises never sink" That's a mistake of TITANIC proportions

What if the OVER THE TOP actions are closer to the truth? In the ending, the girls admit they did 'gone overboard' so that their friends will get the best. So it's possible for Applejack wanting to show her friends that she is a TOP very capable sailor, who is well experienced in sea travels. Rarity wants to turn the entire boat into a LUXURY CRUISE SHIP. While Pinkie Pie wants to turn the boat into a CRUISE SHIP FULLY FILLED WITH ONBOARD ENTERTAIMENT.

My Little Pony: Equestria Girls had a variation of P.P.o.V. with "The Salty Sails". Twilight Sparkle aka Sci-Twi replaced Applejack in the Crew List. There is no argument here, only that Rarity and Pinkie Pie are unable to co-ordinate with Twilight Sparkle, causing them to dangerously go near a reef. Pinkie Pie later on charged a muffin into an explosive, creating a small wave to push them into safety.

The video done a Majority Report based on what the potrayals that the video creator felt as "realistic". While that point can be indeed done. Note that Applejack here is very 'bland' in Pinkie Pie's potrayal. Also the ending shows us that the girls did do a lot OVER THE TOP actions in order for their friends to get the best treatment.

It can be considered as the Prototype of My Little Pony: Equestria Girls' You Choose The Ending. Though during development, the editors do layout multiple possible story timelines. And if they needed to fill in the time slot, or unable to get a clear decision. They just put all that can be put.

4th wall wise, Pinkie Pie told with her 'Applejack knows about the porter pony' comment that Rarity is telling the truth, plus on how Rarity in secret tells people that Applejack is telling the truth.

But isn’t applejack the element of HONESTY

4th wall wise, Applejack told with her 'Rarity and Pinkie Pie caused it', how Applejack herself indirectly caused the whole incident by throwing the sandwich overboard. Applejack relies on using Twilight Sparkle to clear things up. Basically Applejack was able to say it was her fault without saying it was her fault. Rarity's version had Applejack literally throwing the food away. While Pinkie Pie's version had Rarity throwing the food away after Applejack's comment. Applejack's version had she accidentally caused Rarity to accidentally throw the food away.

You should see DWKs work he also did a video covering this episode. He isn't an mlp reviewer but his work is just great. And he sometimes comes up with better morals for an episode than the actual episodes themselves. Go ahead and check it out. ^_^

Rainbow Dash | Moliminous also done comedical parodies, but divided them into points. Such as, 'why is that a sunset is mentioned here?' Or more recently, Big Macintosh's package to Sugar Belle had NO ADDRESSES! Making it impossible to be shipped based on the package's information only. Meaning, it's almost an impossibility for Sweetie Belle to receive it by mistake.

"Minority Report"→"Pony Report"→"Pony Point of View"/"P.P.o.V." The title gone through various changes. The issue is indeed some people might not get the "Pony Report"≈"Minority Report" reference. "Minority"→"Minor"→"Pony". Also that while Twilight Sparkle did extract the 'Majority Report' from the girls' 'Minority Reports', the story itself isn't as that related to the Philip K. Dick story. Then again, the same can be said to "Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep?" Hoove Runner? The 2017 My Little Pony Movie being shown in the same date as Blade Runner 2049 has some meanings.

Shadow Spector | My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic & My Little Pony: Equestria Girls actually are quite religious shows. You will see many religious references. Compare "The Other Side"'s Rarity with Xenogears' Myahle Hawwa. Strangely fan made Ponygears are rare, maybe because it is too close to the truth?

Twilight Sparkle extracted the 'Majority Report' from the girls' 'Minority Reports'. Though like Moliminous said it, the girls' stories had a LOT more in common than what Twilight officially said it. Twilight Sparkle later on indirectly said that because Applejack caused the food to go into the water, it attracted a sea creature, its waves caused the ship to sink. She indirectly said 'it was Applejack's fault'. It is a situation where no one is able to say who is the guilty party.

Anthony Barber | Based on Rarity's dress, Applejack's story is closer to its potrayal of Rarity. Based on Pinkie Pie's comment about 'pony porter' and her reference to Applejack knowing the true amount, Rarity and Applejack's potrayal of Pinkie Pie is closer. Meanwhile Applejack is just saying in a 4th wall wise, is correct that Applejack behaved like what Rarity and Pinkie Pie told to Twilight Sparkle.

Notice the lack of Pegasi in the story. Mostly because they can just fly to safety. Or maybe there is a hidden message to the lack of Pegasi in the story? Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy are absent in the story for some reasons.

Even will all sides the truth is unknown. How about coming up with your own conclusions? I for one think it's in the past now.

Despite you claiming that it wasn't accurate but you were using that one scene anyway because it was funny here's the thing each and every one of the Guardians of Harmony unknown to be a little inaccurate to their original interpretations of their characters from time to time just to tell a joke like Rarity reverting back to her best night ever interpretation only this time on trenderhoof just to get to the joke of simple Rarity versus fancy Applejack although I much prefer Cowboy Chic Rarity that came just moments before
