It Is authoritarian to frame such important laws without reference to Law Commission.

After watching and listening for 6 min, reading many comments and wondering who are they actually? Rajdeep has already mentioned who is P Chidambaram if any kid doesn't know who PC is, still I can find many comments who has missed that. These viewers may have multiple technical gadgets in hands but deserve very less respect. The argument that colonial era criminal law is replaced by modern law is unjustified. The nature of crime committed by human being is the same, only the method of committing crime differ from one person to another. Murder, theft, dacoit, cheating, lie, killing, adultery, kidnapping, Extortion, threat, robbery, forgery etc are the principal crimes all over human world.
