The name Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita is unintelligible to people from northeastern India. Can it be translated as New Indian Penal Code?

Some of our honorable judges remain busy with hearing cases filed by rich advocates on behalf of alleged criminal politicians, every week. For example, the cases repeatedly filed by 2-3 advocates, on behalf of AAP & I N D I alliance leaders. Millions of cases of the poorest section, senior citizens, pensioners and cases filed by women alleging rape, tribal people, etc have been pending for decades. Still, honorable judges have not been able to spare time to hear their grievances. Recently our honorable President of India requested CJI to speed up cases of tribals who have been waiting for justice Justice delayed is justice denied - says the Indian constitution Indian population of 140 million has not resorted to any agitation violence against the judiciary despite the " denial of justice" and has been waiting patiently for our honorable judges to give a date, hear their grievances, and pass a judgement Indian culture is deeply rooted in democracy. Therefore,140 million people have not lost the idea of democracy but stand for democracy, even without an effective judiciary. Many senior citizens and pensioners died 3-4 years ago but their cases are not decided by the supreme court What can be done to create awareness among the judiciary to fix priority and to pass judgment within 2- 3 years. Why do many judges have sympathy for the politicians that compel them to take up their cases urgently and pass judgments without any delay? As far as I know, the Constitution assures equality before the law Political criminals and Rich advocates may be allocated a special bench in lower / high and supreme court so that ordinary citizens can get space

Criminals should not be allowed too much freedom of liberty. Whereas, first time offenders and ordinary citizens may be given enough room for enjoying personal liberty

The words are in Indian, Sanskrit, hence it is "fascist, communal, wrong, evil", etc. If this was Kanoon-e-Sharia, that would be such a peaceful law. We don't even have to draft it. It exists. We will write to the UN to arrest Modi and Shah and have them tried for Blasphemy as per $h@ria, the best law in the world! sd: Advocate V Grover!

In US, criminal conviction is in over 95% of cases filed. In India it is about 2% of prosecutions. What does that tell us is, system is flawed terribly and most of the perpetrators get away with the proverbial or and literally, murder. U der thr previous regimes, laziness prevailed. This govt worked hard to come up with new formulation. It may have some flaws, we have to strengthen and improve the system. These attorneys love the flawed system so that they can enjoy the wide latitude under the law so that they(the attorneys) make the hay

Can you please let me know the source of that 2% Indian data you just mentioned ? Also are you a lawyer or in law field by any means , because no one in my circle said those laws were needed !! Also can say that being practicing advocate and legal Researcher!! Introduction of these laws will now not only effect the legislation working but also all branches of Law!! Now court, police, lawyers have to go by both of these laws and have to follow diff patterns and provisions depending on registration of the case. Many of the laws go directly against the Constitutional rights and points laid down by the Apex court. Not only this - coming back to you comparison point so you think Indian Politicians and Police is more trust worthy thn courts? Lol come out of your comic world brother - it's actually courts which are protecting rights of common man and keeping checks and balance!!
