मैं ये बीडीओ देखने से बहुत पहले ही ऐसा अनुभव किया था और अपने कुछ दोस्तों को भी बताया था ,लेकिन स्वास नाक से ली जाए मुँह से नहीं,,,,आज बीडीओ देख कर मुझे बहुत ज्यादा खुशी मिल रही हैं सर जी ,,,मेरा अनुभव सही था,, एक चीज और हैं सर जी ,,,यदि किसी के पैर या घुटनो में दर्द रहता हैं और कुछ ही दूर चलने में थकान फील होती हो ,,,तो वो लोग केवल हर सुबह फ्रेश होने के बाद 50 बार उठ बैठ करे तो बहुत फायदेमंद हैं थकान फील होगा ही नही ,,,,लगातार 50 बार नही होता तो 10 या 20 ,,20, कर के कर सकते हैं 50 बार
ये प्रयोग एक जादुई प्रयोग है, मुझे काफी मदद मिली है इस प्रयोग से anxiety में, आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद।

Ji han main karti hoon mujhe poorntah to nahi lekin relief to hai, abhi ye vala 5,5, 5,5 sec. Ka krte huye zayada din nahi huye. Pahle aata nahi tha. Ab apko follow karti hoon to sahi tareeqa aaya tb relief hua. Thank you so much.
