Vaginal valt cancer treatment chalu hai
My mother had rcc in 2013 operated partial nephrectomy.unfortunately last 5 mnth ago she detected 3cm pancrea mass on biopsy detected to mets of rcc clear cell renal cell carcinoma n spot on liver .immunotherapy n targeted is advice pemrulizumab n axitinib After 3 cycles scan ws perform Liver spot is completely resove n pancrea mass is 40%reduced nw is there need of radiation Plz guide

Both options are available continu immunotherapy or focused radiation too but depends on liver lesion size 🙏

@drrekhacancerspecialist On recent scan liver lesion is completely resolve then also is there need of radiation. Can v give radiation to pancrea, Will there any harm in future if v dnt give radiation n continue with immunotherapy if mass gets totally disappear without radiation
