Esophageal cancer stage lower 1 third
Section reveals sheets, cords and clump of malignant squamous cells, which are moderately differentiated. These cells are showing moderate anisocytosis, anisonucleosis and hyperchromasia with opened up chromatin material and prominent nucleoli. The stroma and necrotic tissues are infiltrated mainly with chronic inflammatory infiltrate. This was the biopsy report of my mother. Can you please tell is this Grade 3 cancer? 🙏🙏🙏
