I went to Ozzfest 1999, 2000, and 2001. I wanted to go so bad in 1998 as well but I think I was in like 8th grade then and couldn't find a way there. I remember Sharon used to work with the band Coal Chamber as well because they played at Ozzfest 1996, 1997, and 1998. She was their band manager for a very short time period but not sure exactly why they split up. She was also the manager for Pure Rubbish, and Slaves On Dope for a short while.
Ozzfest was the absolute best every year. It'd be like 9:30 in the morning to 11 at night, and you'd survive on a water bottle and a hot dog. Never to be topped. RIP Lynn Strait Dave Williams Paul Grey Joey Jordison Dime Vinnie Shifty Peter Steele Lemmy Jason Luttrell Matt Holt and anyone else I missed...
Best touring festival ever.
I went to Ozzfest in 2002 at Donnington Park ! xx
I was there in 98 for that killer lineup. I remember that toilet. I think the only band I watched on the second stage was Motorhead. I was two feet away from Lemmy. That was the second time seeing Ozzy and Megadeth and a first for the others. I have seen Tool, Limp Bizkit and Sevendust a second time over the years.
Ozzfest was so awesome 👍 I went to several of them in Phoenix actually went to the very first ozzfest tour in 1996 , 98 KUPD had a promotion going for tickets for just $9 dollars and 98 cents for the first 98 hours it was an awesome promotion and then I got two free tickets when I bought the Black rain CD just had to send in for them free with the CD purchase another amazing deal thank you so much OZZY for all the amazing memories 😎👍🎸🤘 OZZY RULES 🤘

This is pretty cool to see, those were good times 👍 right before cell phones and the internet took the world over. Things just hit different then
Omg this is awesome to see for the ones that weren’t able to go thanks…or remember being there… 😂 lol
Rock on dude
Rip Shifty from Crazy Town I loved them so much they way so much better than butterfly
Love when mainstream media had METAL on it
Only if they kept it going even without ozzy. Would be cool to experience this but wasn’t even born then 😂.
it was all nu-fake metal so i did't miss any thing, lame poser bands why did they not have arch enemy on there or carcass or morbid angle or fear factory or some thrash bands like dark angle or metal church or anthrax or danzig or motor head, i'm glade i never went.
