This show is pretty dark if you think about it. A sister drugs her brother with a body altering drug and manipulates him into behaving a certain way. That's pretty messed up.

There's really not that much fanservice, either, and there's even less in the manga source material. Sure, there's some lewd humour, but overall it's a wholesome story about a shut-in recovering who he was by, ironically, living as something he isn't.
