I binge watched the show. I love Ryan Serhant. After watching him for so many years in MDLNY, he still comes through authentic and not rehearsed. He's great to watch.
Completely enjoyed the season. Netflix does real estate shows better than other networks. Ryan is a likable character.

Actually loved this show so much - loved the competitiveness of the cast and Ryans our favourite cast member! The only annoying part was Jonathan. Dont need the fake drama.

Currently motherfcuking watching episode 2 via NetFlix itself off Owning ManHattan. Literally there's only eight fricking freaking bloody bastarding episodes in total firstly.. Here's to Ryan SerHant getting A lot lot lot more episodes all packed within season 2 off the ground 12 episodes or 18 episodes. Then maybe season 3 with more stuffed episodes like 20, or 25..
The condescending CEO who blurs out to that 25 year old southern bell rookie “as an assistant?”when she comes to talk with him about her finding a new opportunity in real estate reflects his true colors about her. He doesn’t give a sh*t about her. He hired her low cost for fast ROI. Doesn’t “mentor”anything except his ego.
