Hi Matt, at 48:00 as you say “i heard that” if you look in the door opening on right at the same level of your glasses you will see energy moving upwards. it is not your breath from the cold. Spirit is Energy, this is a great capture of the energy.

That cigar box with the stampers inside are amazing! There's even a tin nearby that filled with pieces of sealing wax. Those were used together to seal letters on the back. You swung round a bit later and I spotted the beautiful box of stationary with ribbons around the box. I'm really enjoying how you show appreciation for the detailed woodwork, the dresser hardware and such. It's a beautiful thing to possess those qualities in a person. Wow, Gary Larson cartoon pages! He's amazing! I genuinely appreciate that you don't drink alcohol - neither do I. Again, a good quality in a person. I was not expecting your explore to become a 'contact' session, but it's cool. Thank you. Around the 49 minute mark, you said "did you hear that" he says yes, you say "in this room" and I heard words on your device say "need help" exactly then, about 49:35 to about 49:38. I'm actually not too trusting of the necro device thing though, sorry about that. You both seem very kind and genuine. Please, stay that way. Stay safe and bring masks next time. So, the croquet is pronounced 'crow kay'. The Wombles of Wimbledon Common were the figurines. The weather barometer was on the piano, and who doesn't turn the dial on a rotary phone when they see one 🤣 I always wanted an avocado coloured bathroom suite! Glad I didn't get one now!

Wow Matt that was creepy with the light and the responses. Im heavy hearted today as i had to get my 11yr old fur baby put to sleep on Monday, he had cancer of the spleen and into his liver,i was glad of the distraction today so thank you for that .💔🔦🍁🍂👻 xxx

Cracking explore Matt

That would have been a beautiful house in its day. So sad it is now left to decay. Croquet is said - croakay. Was there a cellar - some people call them caves. There was an orb just after you started with the equipment and then again in the hallway. Really enjoyable investigation guys!

That oriental piece @ 7:25 is hand carved out of cork, beautiful finds Matt ✌️🫶🇺🇸 That mold seemed like it was worse on things their hands touched, allot.? Imo 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wow! All those memories just left there. The photos you found were picture slides, not Polaroids. People in the 50' & 1960's would have slides made from photos. And also had regular pictures made. My dad used to put his slides in a viewer & project them on to a movie screen. Love your explores. Looking forward to getting caught up on your videos during Christmas break. Another amazing write up. And beautiful intro. I loved my radiogram. Nice fire surround. Playing cards really mouldy due to oil in fingerprints same as books. It could have been a B&B with all the info on dresser on landing.

I understand why they don’t have relatives. That can come and take care of all that stuff.

I don't understand why when a house has been abandoned. Why doesn't a company purchase the rights to removing the furniture for resale. Or if a family can't pay the taxes, then the property is Auctioned off.

In Canada it's pronounced "crow-kay" and that wasn't a hockey stick 😂😂😂😂 you would get kicked out of Cananda for calling that a hockey stick. That's worse than swearing. It's a field hockey stick...HUGE DIFFERENCE. Also, although the music is lovely its hard to hear what you guys are hearing when there music playing. 😊

21:42 Looks like they sell the same cards all around the world. I am in Adelaide, South Australia and we used to be able to get those 'year' cards - exactly the same ones. I got one for the year I was born. That lady would be 80 or 81 now IF she is alive, that is.

Place looked creepy before you started with the paranormal could not believe how much drink even home made drink was around the place they must of loved getting wrecked never understood why people leave places abandoned with belongings every in the place must have family or friends why they haven't left a will now every thing sitting to rot but was good to watch
