Always impressed by the difference pressure washing makes in how "maintained" a home looks. You didn't mow, trim shrubs, use a separate edger or weed yet the home looked leagues better.

An average videos pulls in 400K-1M views which is amazing and due to the work... but the ones where the titles say something like "she BROKE DOWN in TEARS." or "COP approaches me" have 8M-9M views even though those are completely innocuous occurrences in the actual video. "She thought I was CRAZY until she realized there was a SIDEWALK there" has 22M views! It's absolutely in the interest of the channel to do clickbait titles, and of course he'd want to replicate those most successful ones.

@@keegie7185 i dont know dude, personally i watch this channel because after sampling many others i find the content here better, title plays no role for me if i have already subscribed to the channel, and robby is right, clickbaits are used because they work, but like i said, i see sb video in my feed i know ill have some interesting conent done well and clickbait mechanics dont come into it

The house wasn't as noticeable before. It looked abandoned. Now, the house looks beautiful with a squeaky clean driveway. Spencer, great job, like always!!!!

It only looked abandoned in the fake "Before" photos. If you look at the driveway and stuff before he starts, besides trimming some grass, the driveway looks almost exactly the same.

I hope the homeowner uses this to take better care of his property. Great job, Spencer! Thanks for the video!

This looks like a time when the solutions you could create really probably helped the owner and neighborhood. Your "water trimming", got the driveway cracks and edges in much more shape, and design flow and the stairs cleaned and trimmed were a great addition. Nice work and good thoughts. Getting the aging off the mailbox was a nice move to brighten the place.

I think a lot of people just don't know how dirty their driveway is until they see how clean it can get. This is smart - they might book you again (Payed this time) at a later date when they miss how clean it was at one point thanks to your free service. Excellent job! I hope people realize that it is not as easy as it may look to operate a pressure washer & it takes experience, muscle & skill to run it as smoothly as you do. I tried to do this myself on our driveway & ended up with squiggly lines all over the place that lasted all winter, blown out concrete rubble & parts of our lawn ripped to shreds. From now on I’ll hire a professional like you!

That strip between the drive and stairs would look great with a soil holding groundcover such as liriope. Much better than lawn grass. Smaller ornamental trees in a bed in front would accent the place nicely as well. Doubt homeowner will be interested...But looks much better now.
