Own an AR-15? You might be a NAZl.

Hannah Hill, Executive Director for the National Foundation for Gun Rights, showcases some of the wildest arguments the State of Illinois made against "Assault Weapons" in response to our Supreme Court Appeal.
Help our Fight HERE: nagr.link/c0w
Made up of more than 4.5 million grassroots activists, the National Association for Gun Rights leads the charge to halt the radical gun-grabbing agenda running rampant across the nation. Accepting NO COMPROMISE on the issue of gun control, NAGR works tirelessly to hold politicians accountable for their anti-gun views and has made great strides in protecting and preserving the Second Amendment. But our effectiveness in the battle against these attacks on your liberties depend entirely on the support from pro-gun patriots like you.

I am so sick of this "you're a NAZI" BS projection from the true, historically and arrogantly ignorant REAL NAZI's. The NAZI tactics in Rules For Radicals (a Leftist's book), the early WWII 1939-1941 alliance of Germany and Russia, the resulting Belarusian NAZI SS and Soviet Swastika all prove Fascism is Far Left. Fabian Socialist academia has lied about this FACT in order to indoctrinate and divide our population. Need more proof? But that won't stop them from desperate arguments and lying. They are trying to put AR15's in the same boat as full auto... Because they LOOK similar. Well, no...they could, they'd just have to use some other context to get the ban. Be kinda hard to word it to avoid ever calling an AR a gun or firearm, and no doubt the legalese would be so dense as to be indecipherable, but they could do it that way. Not that doing so would be any _more_ Constitutional than what they're already trying to pull, but it would be amusingly more stupid and probably easier to win that particular argument.

Problem is we have no enforcement mechanism for the Supreme Court. They pass laws, the Court strikes those laws down after millions of dollars and years of people being deprived of their natural rights, incurring harm from the state every moment their rights are delayed, as unconstitutional. Then what do the tyrants do? Rename the law and pass it again in direct defiance of the law of the land. We the people are supposed to be the enforcers, yet no one does a damn thing. Why have a second amendment if no one exercises it? At least no one has since the Battle of Athens Tennessee. Sad part is they won and no one has had half the fortitude that they did, and yes that includes me as well.

Usurped power went to their heads long ago and all the Hero Worship coming from the weak and fearful, only reinforces that mindset of Masters "serving" their Subjects. Our Republic lived "four score and twenty years" before it all went back to Tyranny Inc. It's alright, though. We still have the original Constitution and the overwhelming numbers to take our beloved Republic BACK to what the Founding Fathers INTENDED for us. TITLE 18 Section 242 of the U.S. Constitution 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death. .

One question I have is the ruling on illegal aliens and guns. While I recognize the "God given right" is, by its own wording, all-encompassing, it's disturbing to think of the millions of military aged males who've infiltrated into the US from hostile countries. If, by its own wording, the Second Amendment does guarantee their right to bear arms, then it's all the more imperative that citizens not be stripped of theirs.

If someone owns a AR 15 , they evidently paid a high price for it and deserve to own it because they earned it with hard work and 2nd amendment rights. It's just a gun .... nothing more. I'm actually just babbling for no reason at all.😂

That's where it's heading. Only way people (might) be disarmed is war. A few might fear government and hand over their guns. But the majority are never going to do that. The ATF and cops are only doing one off raid killings to set example. They can never do full out confiscation because then it's too obvious for everyone. Armed revolt revolution in United States is inevitable. Always been my belief and the way things been going just assures my thinking is spot on track.

6:12 I don't know law, maybe they're amending them or I'm missing something. They say Bruen passed 2 years ago and they've been applying it carefully when writing these laws, but then they say most of these laws have been on the books for decades. So Bruen wasn't considered when writing those laws.

One bumper sticker said "When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.". The other read, "When only the police have guns, that's called a police state.". The Second Amendment addresses them both.

You can’t use that as an example but we can. Classic losing strategy! If only SCOTUS could make a ruling defining “shall not infringe”. I heard about the gun show in Syracuse NY and sales were bogged down by background checks. People made to wait bc of issues checking backgrounds. Guy I know didn’t bother buying ammo bc it took too long. That sounds like a right delayed and therefor a right denied to me. Keep up the great work NAGR!!!
