Unfortunately its not something people normally sell. However you can normally find them on ebay, facebook marketplace, and wrecking yards. You may be able to get parts from MINI or get them to do the upgrade for you too. Hope that helps! Thanks for the question!
My 2016 mini has the LED strips as well, it is not from 2020 and on. It is just an option you can tick. I think it is 563 Lights Package (ambient light)

You can get them from a dealer, but easiest and wayyyyy cheaper to just keep looking on ebay or wreckers near you for them.
Hey I have a F56 with doors pannels that don't have the fancy piano black finish and the light below the doors, do you think the wiring harness will be there ?

Hello, if you have mood lights in the door handles, yes. If not, it’s not guaranteed that you will have the harness.

What years of Mini Cooper should I look for?

I would look for any F series. Depending on where you live, they are 2014 and forward.
