the title is correct; 2.5D relief marking/ engraving. then in the video is "3D" , this is wrong. I really do wish people would stop trying to make these two things the same, as it is two very different things. I think the OVlaser is one of the better ones, does nice work.

This is a real video and not a scam. If you can't achieve this effect, it's either a parameter problem or a material problem. You can check with your supplier.
