yeah after you "Hide all Microsoft services" you can uncheck all of them, except Nvidia or other apps that might be important to you like mine which is just Nvidia and vgc(riot).

Did you hide the microsoft services first before you uncheck them? if you didn't that's the problem because you might disable important services like i said in the video which is can crash your pc.

mine is good now while updating but if your update is stuck again Pause update, Close blizzard, Open it back up, update again, if it's work good if it still stuck, restart the pc and then update again, easier also works for me before the ms config fix but not anymore.

mine just stuck and the fix on the video like you said doesn't work, but this fix worked Here, when the update stuck try to pause it on the download manager(the download manager on the top right), after pause it change the region> close the apps> then start the update again on the download manager, hope it helps.

kinda late but, try changing region again, pause the update on the top right download logo, close blizzard and open it back, start the update again from the download logo, hope it helps next time.
