The video recommendation I got below this one is for Vampire Survivors: Operation Guns, and the sheer contrast between the two is mind blowing. This video is the pinnacle of years of research on how to do the most stupid, pointless, hollow, meaningless, and yet expensive paid content in a videogame, and VS:OG is a masterclass in how to make added content worth paying a bit more for. Overwatch should just pull the plug already.

@catcv eh, but I feel car ones are a special case because they’re advertising something you might buy every 3-4 years like it’s a Big Mac. The only other ads that I can think of that could be equally or more pointless are the constant insurance provider ads.

As someone who is a ex-fan of Overwatch since they did us dirty and as a huge Porsche fan. Im confused and upset. Porsche doesnt really work for this as a collab. I wouldve been all over this as a ex-DVA main but without jeff at the helm of overwatch and killing off Overwatch 1 just so they had an excuse to make it overly monetized. No thanks.
