I would have liked to have seen it running and grinding or polishing some rocks. It would give me more of an idea of how it exactly works overall.

That was supposed to say; "I suggest flipping the pillow blocks over, or install 90 degree grease fittings to be..."

I received my new R1M... I noticed one of the bearing blocks is set up on the wrong side ... Now, to access the grease-nipple, I need to take out the motor belt, pull the motor out of position, just to have access to that grease nipple ... And, because I see no signs of grease in those new bearing blocks, I feel I cannot use the machine until those bearing blocks are generously greased up... Any comments on that front ???

At 7:20 mins in the video you start talking about tension (on the chains?) and how they can break the bearing. Do you mean the upward pull on the chains can break the bearing? If this is what it is should I try to have as little upwards pull on the chains as possible?

How far away is your 400mm vibrolap? People are screaming for them.
