Thank you for this video… I really want to understand the full technique! Do you start with clean hair? Do you rinse it out or co wash your hair every day before reapplying for 7 days? Is this a day treatment or a night treatment? If you do this treatment overnight, do you wear a conditioning cap to sleep at night or do you let your hair breathe? If it’s a day treatment, do you use a deep conditioner overnight until you reapply the next day? And at the end of the 7 days do you wash and deep condition your hair or just rinse?

No you don’t you’ll dry out your hair and strip your hair of naturally oils treat it as a leave in and do the L.O.C method to keep your hair a healthy balance of protein and moisture

@@willimenacerise Leave in conditioner. Oil. Cream. It’s moisturize but try a light oil and cream so you can do it daily to much product can cause your pores to close up

U can but its best to wash it out and the water stinks and can cause protein overload on low porosity hair buuuut u can apply rice water and put oil for a bit of moisture

Yes. It causes extreme hair loss of not rinsed out, but you do not have to use shampoo all the time. You can either use conditioner or plain water.
