Overnight Float Fishing a World-Class Trout Stream

Get 20% OFF your first year of OnX Hunt webmap.onxmaps.com/purchase/h...
Follow the boys as they spend 3 days on the world-famous Henry's Fork river chasing after the salmon fly hatch. An overnight float, some backcountry meals and a whole lot of floating is involved as they explore this river system. The boys envisioned big salmon fly eats from big fish with no one in sight, but this story goes a bit differently.

I love that you guys film and include the good, bad and ugly. So many videos want to make it looks like, "yea we killed it"... this proves that in actuality, sometimes, it almost kills you between cars, mud, weather etc. Keep killing it guys!

Well done fellas. Always enjoy your production. Dad lesson at the beginning. Every car you own should have a small tool kit with about 50 good zipties and some electrical and duct tape- no excuses. $50 all in and you saw on this trip how it can change your day! Much love from FL. Big Snook season here!

If "almost" only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades, then I'm a lucky bastard. I almost got to fish the HFR in the fall of '21. Pretty sure that I missed out and got bumped due to my Cali residency. I get it, there's a LOT of crazy, wacked out people down here and we should get a raised eyebrow most the time. Fortunately, I ended up fishing the Madison in Yellowstone instead with Lonnie Wells. He showed me an excellent time with 5 fish. No trophies but a couple whites and browns and a rainbow. Maybe next time. I must admit that I envy you guys a little, but I do get to live vicariously through your quality vids. Brings me right back to the back packing trips in the high Sierras chasing Goldens with my brother. So, thank you for sharing your adventures. For 30 minutes I get to try and feel like the only thing that matters is my indicator...Fish On!
