    Gary from Sligo I’m just seeing your question now so maybe you will no see this. I’ve been attending psychiatrist and I’m taking medication which I would love to reduce. Side effects including dependence and tiredness plus fear of withdrawal symptoms if I cut back on them. So my best advice is please don’t go there unless it’s a last resort. I think Sarah’s advice is brilliant - sorry I didn’t see it earlier. I see a psychologist for CBT as I need it and have found that very supportive but expensive. I definitely see the link between worsening symptoms and anxiety. After watching this video I hoping to begin again and try to get more exercise 🤞🤞Hope you are doing ok. Best of luck. M

    Greetings from "Down the Jersey Shore," I have recently begun a medical marijuana treatment program- which is legal in NJ. for specific diagnosis and/or symptoms I've had success with a specific strain which goes by the name- "ACDC". My anxiety decreases markedly with just two 'hits.' This strain has a low THC level..so there's no euphoria or 'high.' I REALIZE THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. AFTER 11 YEARS SINCE DIAGNOSIS-- I WILL TRY ANYTHING. YOU are your best advocate. DON'T- EVER- GIVE INTO THIS DISEASE.     Hello from Austin, TX! Sarah, this was exactly what I needed to hear today! I’ve been feeling great and exercising, but then after being sick and out of work for a few days I’ve gotten way behind with my loads of paperwork for my teaching job. I’m feeling overwhelmed and needed to hear about your Dynamic Duo strategies to help me get back to feeling better. I’ve tried meditation and I also use lots of essential oils that have helped quite a bit, but now I have more tools in my tool box that I can use the next time I have a high anxiety day. Thank you!!

    Thank you for this. I suffer from anxiety, depression, fear, anger. It's pretty much took over my mind . 24hrs a day 7days a WK for several years. The total over body pain & exhaustion is getting to be too much. I don't have energy to excersize or even make it. :( Have the take flight mode all time, elephant on chest...I usually sit in chair when I feel it & shake my leg fast like I'm running & sitting.

    My father has Parkinson’s . There is a time we’re he gets anxiety and wants to walk and leave the house at the same time he forgets us and is in fear. It’s our first experience with this and we as a his family are in fear. We don’t know what to do. If anyone out there can help me with I would greatly appreciate it. Maybe someone out there can relate.
