Perfect! That's how I like my eggs, over medium. I tried it this morning. Follow exactly except grabing the butter. No guessing. Love it and flipped. THANKS!

Yup, this is how I like my yolk. But I use fry at a higher heat to get a darker bottom. But the yolk is perfect.

I don't bother flipping them I just put a lid on top for a little bit and I always add a little bit of salt and pepper❤
