I was also working in call centre abroad, if you're smart enough you can definitely distinguish between a genuine or Scam centre, no one actually forces you to join unless you're looking for handsome pay in that matter! If found guilty should be punished according to the law, scammers are thiefs sitting behind a computer

When i was staying in Delhi one of my friend offer me job to work with him in Call centre but i refused tho..instead i applied for Training Supervisor in Housekeeping..i was trained for 6 months and now im Supervisor incharge 😊 dear my Naga brother and sister easy money tey najabi tey...work hard🙏👍

How shameful! It is possible that while some know the operations are illegal, some might be naive and ignorant. This is why proper education encompassing not just academic studies but understanding the world and life skills (not just some degree for the sake of it) is crucial.

No one would encourage working in scam call centers ofcourse its not legal. Some are working knowingly for big money, some are not qualified, some dosent have the documents to work in a genuine company so the situation compels them to do so we can't balme them.. I know a lot of other businesses where Naga people are recruited with a promise of huge payout and then they are trained just like a genuine company would. But then the new recruits slowly realise that it's a very intricate and meticulously designed scam where they have to trick other people into joining as well. Otherwise they won't earn even a single rupee. In order to recover the huge amount of money invested, they have no choice but to do it.
