My mom once bought me a will crate full of old fishing reels…a couple I liked and kept but I listed the 40 or so remaining ones on eBay with a starting price of 99cents…two sold for over 250$ a bunch in the 100$ all the way down to twenty or so bucks for the last one…I shipped all over the world and was so surprised by people’s interests..some said they’re grandpa had this real… My dad taught me to fly fish on the exact reel ect…I built my mom a patio with a bbq with the money. It was awesome when I told her about them selling…she’s passed away thanksgiving 2022 I miss her she was awesome and crazy!
