I think I'll use this receipee. This is the only receipee that doesn't have much salt and seasonings. It looks more flavoured than salty.

So I didn't have Red snapper but I did have catfish fillets. So I seasoned them the same way u did the Red Snapper n I used your greens seasoning on top w/ lemon wedges. I must say it was so good. Sometimes u gotta improvise when u don't have all the ingredients☺️

I will put it back in the oven for another 7 minutes, with the foil open

Red snapper must be really good...I'll have to try this recipe. It's healthier than fried fish all the time.😋

Another good recipe to try but have to head to the fish market for snapper. Oil the aluminum foil then wrap will see if I have a tray with holes if not will have to put on a baking tray.
