There is a percentage of people called short sleepers when they only need 1-4 hours of sleep a night to be at there best. So technically if you are part of this percentage you could do the sleep portion of this speech

Sleep 8 hours, period. If you're truly in love and passionate about what you do, some days you will sleep 2-3 hours because you're obsessed. This isn't daily 2-3 hours for a year, it's maybe 2-3x per month or more depending on how obsessed. But this can't be forced, don't lie to yourself. 8 hours a day will make you happier and give you more energy to get shit done.

When you locked in mentally sleep is last of your worries, you sleep when the body crash. Just like some kids can’t go to sleep on Christmas Eve because they know what’s to come because they want Christmas present and toys more then their sleep. We as adults must want our Christmas presents everyday. He not saying go everyday with 2-3 hrs of sleep but some days you will be so locked in time will fly by. EVERYONE BE BLESSED AND GIVE IT YOUR BEST

I’m a huge Eric Thomas fan. I love what he says and the majority of his messages. A lack of sleep under 6-8 hours per day will cause your brain to perform almost 40% worse than someone who sleeps the correct amount. Don’t buy into the bullshit notion that to have success you need to never sleep or have a lack of sleep. If anything a lack of sleep will hinder you.

You should stop calling it being ‘succesful’ - and start calling it ‘how to become rich’. If you only sleep two hours a day - I don’t care what you are but succesful isnt the first thing that comes to mind. I agree… work hard - but lifes short so love hard and play hard at the same time - you can be succesful even though you go out on weekends, even though you spend time with family and friends - and dont forget your health. Sleeping two hours wont get you anywhere but in a casket.

Heres different verse about the subject "Love not sleep, lest you come to poverty; open your eyes, and you will have plenty of bread" Proverbs 20:13 "The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied." Proverbs 13:4 A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich. He who gathers in summer is a prudent son, but he who sleeps in harvest is a son who brings shame. Proverbs: 10-5

I'm sleeping eight (8) hours each day of the year because I'll have 16 hours to make the most of my three hundred and sixty five (365) days! Period!!! Health is wealth! Sleep aids in allowing you to maintain a great mental and physical health. You don't need to make more time by sleeping 2-3 times some days, you just need to utilise that sixteen hours wisley and be as productive as possible for that particular day and maintain this routine throughout each year.
